DynaMax III


MocKingbird® DynaMax III™ is a customizable template used to create an industrial performance support system. A MocKingbird DynaMax template becomes the workers' window on the world by creating a central site for procedures, drawings, inspection logs, photos, training and virtually any other kind of information. MocKingbird DynaMax III™ is optimized for manufacturing plants that run 24 hours a day, such as oil and gas, chemicals, refining, pulp and paper, power generation, and waste treatment but can be used in any environment that must store, catalog and quickly retrieve tens of thousands of documents.

DynaMax III™ is used by work teams that design, operate, or maintain complex machinery and processes in a manufacturing plant that must meet governmental and world class standards for safety, environmental impacts, worker skills, technical documentation and record keeping. The work team itself can input, store, share, find, view, print, learn, update, and keep records on all the bits of information they need to do their jobs right the first time and every time. DynaMax III™ resides on the LAN server and stores files in a pre-defined folder structure. The look and feel of the DynaMax III™ template can be customized, or used immediately as-is.

DynaMax III™ uses 'smart target' navigational tools to provide quick and easy access to hundreds of thousands, or even billions of documents. Documents can be linked to one another in multiple ways to provide an integrated view of all related information and external databases can be accessed with stored snapshot queries. For instance, a link in DynaMax III™ can show a report from the LIMS system without leaving the page or training everyone on LIMS. Documents are typically stored as PDF or other image file types and are displayed without launching any other viewer programs which means fast response times and no extra programs on the client computers.

As DynaMax III™ is used during initial information entry and throughout the life of the plant, it elicits and arranges information by imposing a structured architecture of the equipment, process chemistry, process mechanics, and manufacturing technology actually used in a manufacturing plant. When populated, it contains the necessary and sufficient information you must have at the jobsite to run profitably, safely, legally, and with the minimum workforce.
