What is MocKingbird® ESP?

MocKingbird® ESP is a software support plan that builds on the excellent standard level of technical support. ESP delivers priority support; software upgrades; and detailed Release Notes, Direct Response Notes, Tech Notes and other documentation. Released biannually, the ESP ensures the latest in product software and the information needed to implement new capabilities. ESP is renewed annually.

What You Get

ESP membership is based on the Warren-Forthought products that are owned at a particular site.

    ESP membership includes:

  1. Upgrades to all the MocKingbird® software products you own. Upgrades are released periodically during the year and may consist of LiNX™ (the MocKingbird® engine), T•ERMS® (the training records management tool), and/or MocKingbird® MOC (Management of Change software).

  2. ESP also includes:
    • Release Notes - details of the changes made in the current releases from the last ESP release.
    • Direct Response Notes - responses to customer inquiries that may be applicable to other customers as well. Only ESP members receive all Direct Response Notes. These notes provide complete instructions on how to accomplish tasks identified by other customers with the current software version.
    • The LiNX™ Scripting Dictionary, available interactively on line (being developed).
    • One printed copy of updated User's Guides of products you own, upon request.

  3. Priority technical support. Warren-Forthought prides itself on quick, responsive support to all customers. ESP members benefit from top priority level of support. Support is provided by telephone, fax, email, and internet web site.

  4. Free attendance for any number of employees at your site to all MocKingbird® Users Group Meetings. Meetings are held, usually in Houston near our Williams Tower headquarters office. These two-day meetings include presentations by members of the group demonstrating and discussing unique techniques used at their sites. The meetings also include an opportunity to meet with the MocKingbird® programmers, CBT Authors, and support personnel. Short, hands-on "How To" workshops train on specific techniques used by production personnel. New Warren-Forthought products and their features are also demonstrated.

  5. Opportunities to be a Beta test site for new product development. Provide key input during product development by helping determine current and future product features and focus.
