Using MocKingbird DynaMax, you can organize any kind of electronic document into logical sets and make them available to the workforce through a few quick mouse clicks. Literally millions of documents can be accessed within a few seconds through a variety of methods including navigation by plant hierarchy, document type (SOP, P&ID, etc.), full-text search, equipment number and links. For instance, a P&ID can contain links to instantly navigate via line connectors and to find related procedure and logs for equipment. Link and store inspection notes, equipment photos, procedures, drawings, pump curves… anything! In addition, you can create customized views into databases such as your LIMS system. 	TERMS.NGT MocKingbird® TERMS.NGT is the Training and Event Records Management System used to assign, manage, and report on every kind of training for everyone in your facility. TERMS.NGT makes it a snap to assign a curriculum to a Role, a Unit, and an Individual. 	In-Basket In-Basket is used to manage changes including manual and automatic routing of documents for revision control. Routing patterns and workflow can be predefined and can include parallel and linear paths. In-Basket also includes complete PSM Change Management (MOC), Incident Management and Action Tracking. One central in-box is used for each worker to respond to any kind of workflow task – whether it is to participate in an MOC or review a procedure change. 	BigEZ-Pro MocKingbird® BigEZ-Pro is the unique authoring system that lets you create interactive computer-based training courses very quickly and easily. Each course uses a template approach to organize your lessons. Delivery methods include a Final Exam that is used for keeping records in TERMS.NGT or other system. BigEZ-Pro also includes tools and templates to quickly create tests from procedures which allows you to rapidly deliver revised procedures with automatic testing of comprehension. Included tools also make it easy to create interactive training from existing PowerPoint presentations.
