MocKingbird® Miracle Month
This 22 day project includes professional management to analyze current document delivery and training practices and implement a complete MocKingbird® solution. During the project, your team works with our project manager to create a library of documents and training modules that are made instantly available to your work teams. We install, implement, and train your staff on the complete suite of MocKingbird® software. Your procedures, drawings, flow diagrams, P&IDs, MSDS and training courses are online and fully deployed by the end of the project.

Training
We provide training on all of our products onsite or in our training center in Angleton, Texas. Our trainers are familiar not only with our products, but with the industrial environment and can therefore make the training sessions meaningful and relevant.

Extended Support Plan (ESP)
ESP delivers priority support; software upgrades; and detailed Release Notes, Direct Response Notes, Tech Notes and other documentation. Released biannually, the ESP ensures the latest in product software and the information needed to implement new capabilities.
