Training data can be imported immediately from the MocKingbird® Tier3 record file that is created automatically every time a MocKingbird® test is taken. Records from other training programs can be easily reformatted and imported, also. T•ERMS™ offers one-click reports for four groups of users: Finder, Supervisor, Administrator and Master Administrator; five personal reports, eleven supervisor reports, twenty-one administrator reports. The curriculum builder assigns each employee a master Curriculum. This Curriculum can be a multi-year training plan. Curricula for large groups can be cloned in a few seconds by assigning one person's Curriculum to one or a group of employees. The curriculum can consist of Jobs, Tracks, and Proctors. Jobs consist of a set of Tracks and/or Proctors. Tracks consist of a set of Proctors. Proctors represent the individual computer based training (CBT) courses/tests or external Events, like watching a video, or attending a vendor training school. Tracks are a tremendous time saver for managing core training groups, such as OSHA required training courses, or basic lab training. Since large groups of employees will be assigned the same Track, a new proctor or Event can be added to the Track in a few seconds. All employees will find their Curriculum immediately updated. Jobs are critical for the day-to-day operation of the plant. Supervisors can locate any employee qualified for a Job to insure no one is assigned with any expired training. A report can show what courses must be taken for any person to become current for any Job. Multiple Jobs can be assigned to each employee.
