TermsNGT™ for Administrators
This 1-day course is designed for individuals whose job responsibilities include: assigning courses, setting up groups, and developing the training curriculum. During this instructor led class, you will receive instruction and hands-on experience using the TermsNGT™ program. You will learn fundamental configuration steps. You will also learn how to add training curriculum, add users, set up groups, roles, run reports, and attach links to training material from TermsNGT™. You will receive a printed manual that covers topics covered in class.
Upon successful completion of this course individuals will be able to:
- Set the default settings for TermsNGT
- Understand and implement user security level
- Enter events, users, groups, and roles
- Assign training events to groups and roles
- Understand and run reports
- Export and Import data
- Use the History Editor to browse and edit user history as necessary
- Manually credit groups of users for instructor-led events
- Train Supervisors to assign, and run reports on their groups
- Train users how to access their personal assignments.
BigEZ Pro™
This 2-day course is designed for individuals whose job responsibilities will include: creating and editing CBT’s. During this instructor led class, you will receive instruction and hands-on skills on how to perform: authoring, scripting, creating links, and how to integrate your authored CBT’s into your training structure. You will receive a printed manual that covers topics covered in class.
Upon successful completion of this course individuals will be able to:
- Create a CBT
- Understand the file structure of a course
- Write basic LiNX script
- Understand and create Linklayers
- Add pictures, video, audio, and animation to a course
- Create and edit exams and proctors
- Add BigEZ Pro™ courses to the CBT library or Dynamax structure
MocKingbird® In-Basket Administration
This 1-day course is designed for individuals whose job responsibilities include: overseeing the writing and editing of procedures, policies, and company documents as well as PSM change, management, incident, and corrective action tracking. During this instructor led class, you will receive instruction and hands-on experience using the MocKingbird® In-Basket program. You will learn fundamental configuration steps, and receive instruction on how to implement and manage the MOC system. You will receive a printed manual that covers topics covered in class.
Upon successful completion of this course individuals will be able to:
- Import users
- State the functions of MocKingbird® In-Basket
- Create document profiles
- Define workflow routing patterns
- Edit tables, create cost centers, build group patterns, change user passwords, assign titles, develop patterns, and manage queries
- Implement and modify workflow
- Run reports
- Understand and implement the phases of Management of Change for PSM
- Use Incident Management to keep track of and manage incidents
